Advanced 3D modelling and simulation tools enable rapid development of working prototypes to enable fast decision making and early time to market.

Manufacturing Facilities

Ansen has two world class manufacturing facilities. One in Shenzhen, China and another in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam - with a combined floor space of over 50,000 square meters and more than 1,800 employees.

Ansen's factories have a high degree of Vertical integration, including injection molding, metal stamping, silk screening, hot stamping and spray painting to name a few, enhance Ansen's competitive advantage.

Quality System

Ansen' Factories operate in a Lean, Six Sigma manufacturing environment under an accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Ansen is also a practitioner of Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety Management in accordance with ISO14001 & ISO45001 certifications.

Over many years Ansen has developed a strong quality culture using 5S and Kaizen. Typically Ansen has over 600 successful Kaizen projects every year, involving the the whole company in continuous improvement and helping to enhance our competitiveness.

As defined by the company ISO9001 Quality Management System, Ansen is a practitioner of Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety Management in accordance with ISO14001 & ISO45001 certifications. Ansen also implements BSCI business ethics standards of human rights and social responsibility and regularly accepts surveillance audits from third-party public surveyors.
